Once a product is purchased and delivered (via download link or email), it is considered successfully received by the customer.
Because digital files cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds after the product has been accessed or downloaded.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be granted only under the following conditions:
You did not receive the download link or access credentials after successful payment.
The product you received is corrupt, incomplete, or not functioning as described.
A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
